Okay so all of the events are now up on Facebook and details are slowly being leaked. This is what we learned so far today:
Tuesday, May 2nd: SIPPIS Beer Dinner will Feature Bent River’s DeSoto Lager and the Daytrotter Pale Ale as well as Front Street’s Cherry Bomb Blonde and Harrington’s Hazel’s Dreamsicle Hefeweizen. The menu will be bbq style featuring ribs and beer keg chicken with all the sides and trimmings! $35, everything included.
Wednesday, May 3rd: There will now be 2 beers tapped at Kavanaugh’s for the special beer release. One of them will be QC Haze….another may have spent some time in a barrel, not sure yet. The music to follow will be Sean Ryan of The Dawn with Kelsey Lillion.
Thursday, May 4th: The beer line up for the QC Tap Takeover has been released! Look at it here.
Friday, May 5th: Baked is going to be tapping a Lemongrass Sour to be paired with their dinner feature of the evening, Vietnamese Short Ribs. Music to start at 9pm.
We just got interviewed by the Rock Island Argus, will be on PSL next week, and are featured on VisitQuadCities.com…in short, QCBW is taking off and the nights are going to be great fun!
